Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse and Operations Manager to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and operations, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibility

• Assist the Warehouse and Operations Manager in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely ordering of supplies and materials
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor and track warehouse KPIs and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols in the warehouse
• Assist in the hiring and training of new warehouse staff as needed
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and Operations Manager
